How are the classes held?
Online

The reality of the pandemic has moved many activities to the Internet. At this particular time, it is very important to take care of your health and peace of mind by practicing yoga.
Online classes are held individually or in small groups of 2-3 people.
Cost: 100 PLN/person 60 minutes.
Group
In Wroclaw
Group classes are held in several places in Wroclaw. The level of classes is adjusted to a given group. All active groups are listed in the class schedule on Facebook.
There is no need to add to the list – just come to the first class.
Pass: PLN 120/4 classes or PLN 180/8 classes.

Individual Yoga
Online & Offline
It is possible to arrange individual classes online or stationary
Cost: PLN 100/60-minute lesson (+ the cost of renting the room in the case of stationary classes).
